RETURN and REFUND POLICY

We take great care in shipping your order but sometimes items are damaged in shipping. If your product comes to you damaged, please contact us (814-235-4055) within 7 days of receipt of goods. All damaged goods must be returned to the following address:

On receipt of the damaged goods we will immediately replace the items or credit you credit card for the purchase price less shipping and handling.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are unable to ship to APO's or FPO's. Please supply a street address for all orders. All orders are shipped standard mail which is up to 5 business days. Priority and Overnight mail is offered only on request and will reflect an increase in the shipping charge.

WARM WEATHER

During the summer months (May 15th thru September 15th) we ship all orders on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. This is to prevent your order from sitting on a truck or a warehouse over the weekend. This helps to insure your order is received in excellent condition. There is a $3.00 fee for cold packs during this time period to insure your order is received at the best condition possible.
